Authentic farmhouse
This lovely old farmhouse stands in a fenced garden of > 20a . Quietly situated on the outskirts of the village.
Ground floor: living room , kitchen, toilet, bathroom with shower.
First Floor: 5 bedrooms ( 3 bedrooms with double bed 140cm, 1 bedroom with bunk beds 90cm, one room with two twin beds 90cm), toilet, bathroom with tub. One bed and chair for children.
In the annexe, there is an extra bathroom and a large living area with TV and DVD.
Accommodation : WiFi (main building), TV, DVD player, radio, dishwasher , electric stove, two refrigerators , central heating, wood stove, barbecue, toys for children, playground in the garden ( swing, slide, football goal ) .
There are plenty of blankets, but you must bring your own sheets.
1 pet is allowed after prior consultation.

Shopping
Bakery, organic shop , pharmacy, newsagent, wine shop , bank, Spar supermarket , chip shop, flower shop, tourist info and café at 1 to 1.5 km ( at the station of Gouvy) .
A 10 min drive brings you to the shopping center Knauff and Massen ( Grand Duchy of Luxembourg) where you can find a Brico, Delhaize, Tom & Co , bakery, Medi-Market, ...
Hiking and biking
Gouvy is a hiking and biking paradise (plain and mountain bike ) . There are over 300km of marked hiking and 115km of mountain bike trails in the area. In addition there is the Ravel (Gouvy - Bastogne) cycling 10min .
Brewery
In less than 15min you are in Achouffe where you can visit the brewery of La Chouffe. In less than 10 minutes there is the brewery of Lupulus with a nice little bar/restaurant.

- Every year in early August a big Jazz and Blues festival takes place in " La Ferme Madelonne " in Gouvy .
- In the winter you can practice cross-country skiing in Gouvy (weather permitting of course). This cross-country ski station is the only one in Belgium which is accessible by train.
- "Bare foot trail" and farmers golf in the " Ferme de la planche " .
